Refund policy

Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of confirmation of delivery and upon making contact with printJAM, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact me at hello@printjam.com.au.

Custom-Made Items: Custom-made items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Due to the personalized nature of these products, all sales on custom-made items are final unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted for non-custom items within 14 days of confirmation of delivery and upon making contact with printJAM, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. Please contact me at hello@printjam.com.au to arrange an exchange.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on my part.
